Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gharflix (gharflix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Gharflix. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. • You may not share your account or impersonate another person. • You must notify us immediately at support@gharflix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Sellers and brokers who post listings agree that: • All information in a listing is accurate and not misleading. • You have the legal right or authority to list the property. • Photos and videos are of the actual property being listed. • Prices are genuine and not used to solicit personal information fraudulently. • Duplicate listings of the same property are not permitted. Gharflix reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice.

You must not: • Post false, fraudulent, or misleading listings. • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform data. • Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity. • Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the platform. • Post spam, phishing links, or unsolicited commercial messages.

Payments for featured listings are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been boosted and appeared in search results. If a technical error prevents your listing from being featured, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Gharflix is a marketplace platform only. We do not participate in, guarantee, or mediate transactions between buyers and sellers. Any property transaction you conduct is solely between you and the other party. We strongly recommend visiting properties in person and using legally registered agreements for all transactions.

All content on Gharflix — including the brand, design, code, and platform features — is owned by Gharflix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright law. User-generated content (listings, photos, reviews) remains the property of the user who submitted it. By submitting content, you grant Gharflix a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

Gharflix provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy of any listing information. • That sellers are who they claim to be (though we do our best to verify). • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not liable for any loss arising from property transactions conducted through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Gharflix's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities accrued before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 15 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. For minor disputes, we encourage resolution through our support team at support@gharflix.com before initiating legal proceedings.
